Please try one of the following BEFORE contacting support on the form below.

At the top left of your browser, you will see this icon . Holding down the Shift key on your keyboard, click on it to refresh your browser. You should then be able to enter the Dashboard.

If this does not work, try to clear your cache (see below).

In Chrome
  1. At the top right, click More .
  2. Click More tools.
  3. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

In Firefox

Click the hamburger menu in the upper-right corner of the browser window and select Settings. Click Privacy & Security in the left navigation panel. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.

In Microsoft Edge
  1. Sselect Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data” check box and then select Clear.

In Safari (iPhones/iPads)

Go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
