Order Procedure when Sending Orders via e-mail.

  • Ensure that the Order Number and Recipient’s name is in the Subject Line.
  • Always request confirmation of receipt from the Executing Member.
  • Always state the name of your shop as sometimes the e-mail address is different from the shop name.
